Questions,
answered.
A working FAQ of the correspondence we receive most often. For anything further, the house replies by email within one business day.
Ordering.
Who may order, account correspondence, custom additions.
Fortress Peptides serves qualified research professionals and accredited laboratories in the United States. At checkout, the correspondent confirms that the materials will be used exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research.
There is no minimum-order threshold for the working register. Institutional accounts placing recurring orders may request consolidated invoicing by correspondence.
Yes. A certificate of analysis — HPLC purity, mass-spectrometric identity, and lot reference — is retained on file for every batch. Institutional accounts may request the CoA at the point of order.
The register is deliberately tight, but we consider institutional requests for additions case-by-case. Write to archive@fortresspeptides.com with the compound, scale, and intended research context.
Dispatch.
Timelines, flat-rate shipping, packaging, lost shipments.
Confirmed orders typically dispatch within one to two business days of receipt, with insured two-to-seven-day courier service to the continental United States.
A single flat rate of $15 covers all domestic shipments, regardless of the number of vials in the correspondence. International dispatch is not presently offered.
Outer packaging is unbranded; no reference to the house or to the compound appears on the exterior label. Lot numbers are preserved on the inner documentation and retained on file for qualified correspondence.
All shipments are insured. Raise a claim within seven days of the scheduled delivery date, with photographs of the outer packaging and the vial on arrival, and the house will arrange a re-dispatch or a refund.
Laboratory & returns.
Storage, reconstitution guidance, returns for research materials.
Lyophilised peptides supplied by the house are generally stored at −20 °C, desiccated, and protected from light. Each product page carries the specific storage profile for that compound.
General laboratory reconstitution guidance (solvent class, typical concentration ranges, and stability notes) is available by institutional correspondence. We do not publish protocols intended for non-laboratory use.
Once a vial has been opened, the compound is no longer returnable. Claims for damaged or specification-deviating material must be raised before reconstitution, with the vial and packaging preserved.
The house operates as a research archive: we select, catalogue, and dispatch compounds prepared under ISO-9001 facility controls by our synthesising partners. Facility correspondence is available on request to institutional accounts.
