The terms of the house.
These terms govern the correspondence between the visitor, the correspondent, and Fortress Peptides. Use of the archive — by browsing, registering, or placing an order — constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility.
T1.01Use of the archive is limited to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and who intend to use any acquired material exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. By accepting the age notice on entry, the visitor affirms these eligibility criteria.
Acceptance of these terms.
T1.02These terms form a binding agreement between you (“the correspondent”) and Fortress Peptides (“the house”, “we”, or “us”). By continuing to use the site, you agree to the terms in their entirety and as they may be revised from time to time. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the archive.
Accounts and correspondent responsibility.
T1.03Certain functionality — including the registry, institutional account correspondence, and the placement of orders — may require the provision of personal or institutional particulars. The correspondent is responsible for the accuracy of those particulars and for safeguarding any credentials associated with their account.
Orders, pricing, and errors.
T1.04Listings within the archive reflect intended availability and pricing but do not constitute a binding offer. The house reserves the right to decline or cancel any order, to correct pricing or product errors, and to limit order volumes. Where a price posted in error differs materially from the intended price, the house may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Shipping and risk of loss.
T1.05Unless otherwise agreed in writing, title to and risk of loss for each shipment passes to the correspondent upon delivery to the address recorded on the order. The house will use reasonable care in selecting carriers and packaging and will retain insurance appropriate to the class of material being shipped, but is not a guarantor of courier performance.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds.
T1.06Owing to the research-grade nature of our materials, orders are not returnable once dispatched except in the case of a shipment that arrives damaged or incorrect. Claims of damage or error must be raised within seven (7) days of delivery, with photographs of the outer packaging and the vial intact. Further detail is set out in the Shipping & Returns register.
Research-use restatement.
T1.07Every purchase is subject to the Research-Use-Only policy. The correspondent re-confirms, with each order, that the materials will be used exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and not for human or animal consumption. The policy is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Intellectual property.
T1.08The archive’s name, mark, typography, product photography, written catalogue entries, and interface design are the property of Fortress Peptides or its licensors. They may not be reproduced, copied, scraped, or repurposed without express written permission.
Acceptable use.
T1.09The correspondent agrees not to misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempted intrusion, no scraping or automated access except as expressly permitted, no transmission of malware, and no use of the archive to solicit or facilitate any activity that violates the research-use-only requirement.
Disclaimer of warranties.
T1.10The archive and its contents are supplied “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the house disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Certificates of analysis, where supplied, attest only to the analytical characteristics stated and are not warranties of suitability for any application outside in-vitro research.
Limitation of liability.
T1.11To the fullest extent permitted by law, the house’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to any order, correspondence, or use of the site shall not exceed the amount paid by the correspondent for the specific compound giving rise to the claim. The house shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Indemnification.
T1.12The correspondent agrees to indemnify and hold the house, its principals, employees, and suppliers harmless from and against any claim, liability, loss, or expense — including reasonable attorney’s fees — arising from the correspondent’s breach of these terms, misuse of any compound, or violation of applicable law.
Governing law and venue.
T1.13These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith correspondence shall be submitted to the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Modifications.
T1.14The house may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page, with the “Last revised” date updated accordingly. Material changes will be flagged to registered correspondents where reasonably possible. Continued use of the site after revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Notices and contact.
T1.15Legal notices should be addressed to the house by letter to the registered correspondence address. Routine enquiries may be directed to archive@fortresspeptides.com.
