How the archive moves from our register to yours — carriers, packaging standards, delivery windows, and the circumstances under which we accept a return.

Jurisdictions served.
S1.01Dispatch is presently limited to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally while our regulatory and carrier relationships mature, and orders with shipping addresses outside those jurisdictions will be cancelled and refunded.
Flat-rate domestic shipping.
S1.02All domestic orders dispatch under a flat rate of fifteen dollars (US $15.00), regardless of the number or weight of the vials in the correspondence. The flat rate covers insured courier service, phase-change cooling where required, and tracking.
Processing time.
S1.03Confirmed orders are typically prepared within one to two business days. Orders placed over weekends or on U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. A dispatch notice with tracking particulars is issued when the courier collects the shipment.
Delivery window.
S1.04Most domestic shipments arrive within two to seven business days of dispatch, depending on courier routing and destination. Transit times are estimates given by the carrier and are not guaranteed by the house.
Packaging and custody.
S1.05Lyophilised compounds travel in amber vials, desiccated, and jacketed with phase-change gel when the compound’s storage profile requires it. Bacteriostatic water ships at ambient temperature. Outer packaging is unbranded; no reference to the house or to the compound appears on the exterior label.
Address accuracy.
S1.06The correspondent is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address submitted at checkout. The house will make one attempt to correct a malformed address from the order record; where a shipment is returned as undeliverable owing to address error, the original shipping charge is non-refundable and re-dispatch incurs a new shipping fee.
Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.
S1.07Shipments are insured against loss in transit. A claim of loss, damage, or significant delay must be raised within seven (7) days of the scheduled delivery date. Photographs of the outer packaging (intact and opened) and of the vial on arrival greatly assist a claim. Where the carrier accepts a loss claim, the house will either re-dispatch the compound or issue a full refund at the correspondent’s election.
Refused or returned shipments.
S1.08Shipments refused at delivery, or returned to the house by the carrier for reasons other than carrier error, may be re-dispatched at the correspondent’s expense or refunded net of the original shipping charge and a restocking adjustment where the vial’s seal or cold-chain has been compromised.
Returns of research materials.
S1.09Owing to their research-grade nature, compounds supplied by the house are not returnable once dispatched. Exceptions are limited to shipments that arrive damaged or to compounds that, upon receipt, materially diverge from the accompanying certificate of analysis. In either case, please preserve the vial and its packaging intact until a claim has been resolved.
Refunds.
S1.10Approved refunds are returned to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days of the claim being accepted. Correspondents will receive written confirmation by email when the refund has been issued.
International policy.
S1.11International dispatch is not offered at this time. The house will publish a revised policy and carrier roster when international service opens. Subscribers to the registry are first to receive that notice.
